REFUND POLICY

​You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Write to info@profumeriaartisticadivinatoscana.it (or use the withdrawal form in the General terms and conditions of sale) and send the product back to Divina Toscana, Via San Giovanni 31, 53037 San Gimignano (SI), Italy within fourteen days of your notice, by tracked shipment and in packaging suitable for liquids: the cost of the return is borne by you.

We will refund you within fourteen days of receiving your notice — using the same payment method you used — the amount paid, including standard delivery costs; we may wait until we have received the product, or proof of shipment, before refunding.

The product must come back with the seal intact. Original bottles, decants and discovery sets are delivered sealed: the manufacturer’s cellophane or film, the film, shrink-wrap or tamper-evident cap we apply to decants, the box seal for sets. You may open the parcel and the outer box, look at the bottle and read the label; however, if you remove the seal, even partially, the product counts as opened and — for hygiene reasons — a return for change of mind is no longer possible (Art. 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code), because an opened cosmetic cannot be resealed or resold.

Defective or damaged products. This is a different matter: the two-year statutory warranty always applies, whether the product has been opened or not. Write to us with your order number and a few photos and we will replace the product or refund you.

Free samples and gift cards. If, following the return, the order falls below the threshold that entitled you to free samples, the samples must be returned too. Gift cards can be refunded only within fourteen days of purchase and if they have not been used.
