SHIPPING POLICY

​We ship from San Gimignano with DHL and FedEx, with the tracking number sent by e-mail.

Italy: €9.00 — free for orders of €60.00 or more — indicative delivery in 1-2 working days from handover to the courier.

European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland: €29.00 — free for orders of €300.00 or more — indicative delivery in 3-4 working days.

Rest of the world: €75.00 — free for orders of €600.00 or more — indicative delivery in 3-10 working days.

We hand your order over to the courier within 2-3 working days of receiving it; in any event we deliver within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract. The exact costs are shown in the cart before payment.

Shipments outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland): import duties, taxes and charges applied by the destination country may be due, payable by the recipient and not included in the price; the amount depends on local legislation and we cannot calculate it in advance.

Perfumes contain flammable liquids: some destinations or means of transport may be subject to restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped to the chosen destination we will inform you before shipping and refund you in full.

On delivery, check the parcel: if it shows visible damage, accept it with reservation and write to us within seven days with a few photos. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only on delivery.
